Good security should protect your rankings, not risk them
Security and SEO are usually treated as separate jobs, and that is when things go wrong. We plan every change with both in mind and measure the results against a record taken beforehand.
Security can help your search visibility
Hacked sites lose trust quickly
Compromised pages can trigger browser warnings and a Security Issues report in Google Search Console. Injected spam pages can also change how your site appears in search results.
HTTPS is a small ranking signal
Google has confirmed that HTTPS counts. It won't carry a weak page, but it is worth having and customers expect it.
Speed and stability affect experience
Google's Core Web Vitals measure how pages load and respond. Removing unnecessary plugins and scripts usually helps a site score better.
What we record first
Without a record, nobody can say whether a change made things better or worse. This becomes the before-and-after comparison.
- Your top pages and search queries from Search Console
- Every URL, including old ones with links pointing at them
- Page titles, descriptions, headings and structured data
- Analytics, Ads and other tracking tags
- Core Web Vitals and page speed
- Forms, bookings and where each enquiry should arrive
How rankings are protected
Addresses stay put where possible. If a page has to move, it gets a single 301 redirect to the closest matching page, so visitors and search engines aren't left at a dead end.
Google can still read everything. We check that firewall rules, security policies and robots settings don't block crawlers or the files they need to display a page.
Launches are checked automatically. Missing titles, broken links and leftover "noindex" tags are caught before the site goes live.
You see what happened. After a change we compare Search Console data against the earlier record and tell you what moved.
Search results shift for many reasons, and a site move can cause temporary changes even when it is done well. That is why we measure instead of promising a position.
Clear writing still does the heavy lifting
A secure, fast page still has to say something useful. Well written pages work for people and search engines alike, so when a page is thin we can rewrite it around what your customers are actually asking, in plain language that stays accurate.
