Website security for small businesses, Perth WA

Secure your website. Keep your place on Google.

We close the gaps attackers look for, while your pages, forms, bookings, email and tracking keep working. Nothing goes live until it has passed a final security review.

The part most security advice skips

Done carelessly, every security fix can break something

Your website has to stay findable and keep bringing in work. Here is what can go wrong with common security changes, and how we make each one safely.

The changeWhat it can breakHow we do it safely
Forcing HTTPSLong redirect chains, or pages Google has to rediscover.Every old address goes to its final HTTPS page in one 301. We test the full list, not just the home page.
Adding a firewallGooglebot, your payment provider or your booking system gets blocked. We start with rules that log rather than block, confirm verified search bots get through, then use Search Console to see the page as Google does.
Content Security PolicyGoogle Analytics, Ads tags, chat widgets or booking tools stop loading. Your lost conversions may look like a sales problem. We list every script first and run the policy in report-only mode. It only starts blocking once the reports are clean.
Removing old pluginsYour sitemap, page titles, redirects or forms quietly disappear with the plugin. We record what each plugin does before removing it, then keep that feature working another way.
Email protection (DMARC)Your own invoices and quotes land in customers' spam folders. We start in monitoring mode, find every service that sends as you, then tighten it once they all pass.
Moving DNS or hostingEmail stops or the site goes offline during the switch. We copy and compare every DNS record, lower the wait times beforehand and keep the old site ready as a fallback.
Rebuilding the siteLost URLs, missing titles, or a staging "noindex" left on at launch. We map every URL, title and heading beforehand. Automated checks stop the launch if anything is missing.
How the work runs

Measure first, then change one thing at a time

  1. Record

We record your URLs, Search Console data, forms, tracking tags, DNS and email settings, and take a full backup.

  2. Stage

Changes go out in small steps, the riskier ones in monitoring mode first, so a problem has one obvious cause.

  3. Test and sign off

We send real test enquiries, follow every redirect and confirm tracking still fires. Bijay then reviews the site, and it only goes live once every security check is ticked.

  4. Watch

We compare Search Console and enquiries against the record, with a rollback ready if something looks wrong.

Three ways we can help

The right fix depends on what your site does

Harden your current site

Keep your platform and close the gaps: HTTPS, headers, updates, plugin clean-up, logins, backups and email protection.

Suits: sites that need WordPress for an online shop, member accounts or other live features.

What hardening covers

Rebuild it as a static site

Replace the public login, plugins and database with fast, pre-built pages. There is far less to attack and far less to update.

Suits: brochure and enquiry sites whose content changes occasionally.

How a secure rebuild works

Keep it looked after

A monthly care plan with monitoring, backups, form checks, small content changes and a yearly security review.

Suits: owners who would rather run the business than watch the website.

What we will never promise you

Bijay, who reviews every site before launch, holds a Master's degree in Computer and Network Security and carries out penetration testing. That background is exactly why we avoid these claims.

  • An "unhackable" website. Nobody can honestly offer one. The goal is less to attack, and a fast recovery if something happens.
  • A number one Google ranking. We can avoid damaging rankings and measure the results, but Google decides where you appear.
  • Testing without permission. We only actively test systems with written authorisation from their owner.

Find out where your website stands

Send us your address and we will check what is publicly visible: HTTPS, security headers, email protection and visible software versions. You get a plain-English summary. It is free and we never log in, scan or touch your site.
